Legal Guarantee of Conformity
The legal guarantee of conformity is provided for by the Consumer Code (articles 128 et seq.) and protects the consumer in the event of remote purchase of defective products, which malfunction or do not correspond to the use declared by the seller or to which that good is generally intended.
All products purchased on the website https://anididesign.it/ that show faults, malfunctions, or conformity defects existing at the time of purchase or that manifest themselves within two years from delivery are covered by the seller's warranty.
The legal guarantee lasts two years from the delivery of the goods and must be claimed by the consumer within two months of discovering the defect.
The start date of the guarantee coincides with the date of receipt of the product; we invite you to keep a copy of the transport document or the delivery confirmation email and the purchase invoice, which are necessary to claim the guarantee.
In the presence of a conformity defect, you will be entitled, at your choice, to the repair or replacement of the defective good by the seller, free of charge, unless the requested remedy is impossible or excessively burdensome compared to the other.
If possible, the repair will be carried out as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days.
If replacement or repair are not possible, or if the seller unduly exceeds the 30-day period, you will still be entitled to a price reduction or to receive a sum, proportionate to the value of the goods, in exchange for returning the defective product to the seller.

By including "legal guarantee" in the subject line and specifying the following inside:
- Name and surname
- Phone number
- Email address
- Order number
- Order date
- Product
- Description of the defect found.
Once the email is received, we will contact you within 7 days providing instructions on how to proceed with assistance or inform you of the reasons that prevent us from doing so.
The legal guarantee of conformity does not extend to defects or faults that arise due to accidental events or the Buyer's responsibility, or due to incorrect storage, use of the product not in accordance with its intended use and/or as indicated in the "Product Sheet". Furthermore, any changes in the organoleptic characteristics of the products that may occur without altering their functionality are not covered by the conformity guarantee, in particular, modifications described in the product sheet are not covered.
