If you withdraw from the sales contract, all payments you have made to us will be refunded, including delivery costs if you have chosen standard shipping (additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery type offered by us will not be refunded), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly stated otherwise in the withdrawal notice; in any case, you will not incur any cost as a consequence of such refund.
The refund may be suspended until the goods are received or until you have demonstrated that you have sent back the goods, if earlier.
