What is the right of withdrawal?
If you purchase a product on the website https://anididesign.it/, you have the right to change your mind, returning the purchased item within 14 days from the moment you received the goods, without having to provide any justification (for example, simply because you didn't like the product after receiving it).
This right is granted to you, as a consumer, by articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, no. 206).
If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be intact, so that it can be put back on sale.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, you are always entitled to a refund of the amount paid and standard shipping costs; however, you must pay the return shipping costs.
How do I exercise the right of withdrawal?
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, or email, to the addresses listed below). For this purpose, you can use the withdrawal form that we have prepared, but it is not mandatory.
How long do I have to change my mind?
You have 14 days, starting from the moment you received the purchased goods. This term is normally referred to as the "withdrawal period".
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can send us a written communication to one of the following addresses:

Indicating:
We inform you that the refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction; however, you can indicate a different IBAN in the declaration.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the sales contract, all payments you have made in our favor will be refunded, including delivery costs if you opted for standard shipping (additional costs resulting from any choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive type of standard delivery we offer will not be refunded), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise in the withdrawal communication; in any case, you will not incur any cost as a consequence of such refund.
The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
Returns
You must send the goods back to Letizia Moretti, Via Bacchilide 37 (06134) Perugia (PG) without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
We will not accept returns at the recipient's expense; the direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by you, and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the products.
The product(s) must be returned intact, in their original packaging, with the original seal intact (if present) and must not have been tampered with in such a way as to diminish their original value.
